30 Day Return Policy
In the rare case that you would like to return a Pterosail product, we offer the following return policy: All products can be returned within 30 days of original shipping date and will an incur a 15% restocking and handling fee provided no damage has been incurred. If the product is returned in less than new condition, Pterosail Trike Systems, L.C. reserves the right to deduct any damages. The owner of the purchased Pterosail Trike or Pterosail Trike System is responsible for shipping.
90 Day Warranty
If within 90 days of the original shipping date of a product from Pterosail Trike Systems, L.C. or Pterosail Trike System, any of our trike components manufactured by Pterosail Trike Systems breaks under normal use, we'll fix or replace the component. This does not apply to components not directly manufactured by Pterosail Trike Systems, L.C. Please refer to the manufacturer warranty in this case. Pterosail Trike Systems, L.C. will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes "normal use". The owner of the purchased Pterosail Trike or Pterosail Trike System is responsible for shipping.
Liability Disclaimer
The use of a Pterosail product could result in injury or death. By using a Pterosail product, the rider is expressly assuming the risk for any injury that may result. The owner is responsible for any and all injuries and/or property damages caused by someone using a Pterosail product. The owner shall indemnify Pterosail Trike Systems for any damage or financial loss incurred by Pterosail Trike Systems as the result of an injury or property damage caused by someone using a Pterosail Trike System, L.C. product.
